The clips can be installed before or after you run you caution tape out and around the poles. The tape will slip into the clip and doesn't need to be threaded.

The Reel will clamp onto the both the 12 foot pole and the 20 foot pole. This package comes with 6 SLP™ poles that reach up to 12 feet.
